Payment:
For US orders, we accept credit cards and PayPal.  Through PayPal, you may pay using a wide variety of credit/debit cards, or e-Checks.
For international orders, only PayPal payment is accepted. 
Sales Tax (5%) will be added for all orders shipped within Virginia.

Shipping:
US orders are shipped via USPS with delivery confirmation.  In stock items will ship within 3 business days. Custom and made to order designs will go into production within 24 hours of payment completion and can be expected to ship in 2 to 4 weeks.  If a custom order takes longer than expected, you will be promptly notified with a new estimated completion and ship date.  See shipping cost chart below.

Canada and International Shipping:
We do ship to Canada and internationally to select countries. If you are interested in submitting an international order, please email me with your address, and items you wish to order for shipping estimate. 

Return Policy:
If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me to discuss options for exchange or replacement only. Please make contact prior to sending your item back and state the reason for the return. The item must be returned within 7 days of receipt of order and in the same condition in which it was received. Due to the nature of custom work, I cannot offer returns on custom orders unless due to defective workmanship. You are responsible for shipping the item back, and shipping charges are non-refundable. Exchange or replacement will be processed when the item is received by me and you are responsible for any proof of delivery, such as Signature Confirmation or Delivery Confirmation by the USPS. By placing your order, you are agreeing to these terms.
