Have you been pinning? I have! Pinterest (http://www.pinterest.com) is new-ish social catalog started in 2010. Think of it as a cyber corkboard, “pinning” up favorite finds as you surf the web and sharing with friends. You create your own collections, called “boards”. Boards generally follow some sort of theme, such as birthday wish list, bunnies, movies to see, etc. And to make things interesting (pinteresting, har-har!) you can in turn follow other interesting collections and “repin” cool items to your boards.

And I took a french class in college with the dreams of fab Paris fashion trips…yeah, I dropped that class. But I do remember the phase “where is the toilet = Où sont les toilettes?” Very handy to know but thats it for conversation. One of these days I’ll get some tapes and learn a new language. Its somewhere in the 20′s on the “Things to do before I turn 40″ list.
