Nicole has been crafting and DIYing since she could hold a lump of Play-doh. Graduating in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science degree in fashion design, she gained experience as a designer and pattern maker working in the fashion industry prior to starting her own company, Nicole Lee Designs in 2003. Her designs are inspired by classic shapes but with a twist of eclectic style. With an appreciation for all crafts mediums, she likes to dabble in all of them but her heart remains in textiles. Nicole is a founding member of the Richmond Craft Mafia, Richmond, VA.
She believes women of any size should have stylish casual clothing, made with fabulous natural fabric. Down with icky polyester! In addition to clothing she also designs handbags and other fashion accessories.
